At MYLS, we believe every young person has the power to transform their life and lead with courage, heart, and purpose. Founded in 2026 by Brandon Burlingame, MYLS creates unforgettable outdoor adventures and personal growth learning experiences that help youth connect deeply with themselves, each other, and nature.

Our programs are designed to challenge and inspire students to break through limitations, discover their true identity, and step boldly into leadership roles—equipped with confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging.

Brandon’s own journey fuels this mission. Having faced his own struggles as a teenager, he understands the power of honest reflection and growth. His experiences as a Wilderness Ranger and international youth mentor have shaped MYLS into a place where young leaders are cultivated through real-world challenges and authentic connection.

Before founding MYLS, Brandon led youth trips with Dallas nonprofits Roam Wild and OutLoud Dallas, always focused on empowering young people to become the heroes of their own stories.
